Signal/One Milspec 1030C

This is the second MS1030C I purchased from ND6W.  I got this radio July 2006.  One problem I found with the first one I got from Lou was that someone had mixed up the Tuning A/B Modules.  It had two "A" modules and this one had two "B" modules.  We were going to swap an "A" for a "B" module but Lou decided to sell this one as well. 
As with the other 1030C there is some oxidation on the chassis and some of the IC pins although not as bad as the other one.  Most likely they were both at the same location.  This radio is working as of August 27, 2006.  The Serial Number Label indicates a very interesting Model Number.  It is actually three different numbers.
